Warranty Information
All leather products manufactured by Madison & Maude are backed by a warranty that lasts throughout the useful life of the product.
Madison & Maude will repair or replace at no charge:
* Loose or missing Crystals, Gemstones, Conchos, spikes or Spots
* Hardware or material failures
* Add extra buckle holes
Please send us a quick email to info@madisonmaude.com before you ship it out so that we can keep a look out for it. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address along with the type of repair needed.

We guarantee our craftsmanship completely and that your order will be made as you ordered it. If we made a mistake on your order or if there is a material defect, please message us as soon as possible and we will repair/exchange the item depending on the type of defect.

Return Policy
Our leather products are all custom made, therefore they are non-refundable or non-returnable due to the extensive amount of time and material costs associated with making your custom product.
When purchasing a custom collar or leash we will work from the size you provide to us. Therefore correctly measuring is extremely important. Please see our measuring guide located in each photo section of a listing.
Any items returned to us must be in brand new condition. Any items that has been worn, creased, dirty or damaged will be returned to you and no refund or exchange shall be given.
What Size Leash Should I Purchase for My Pet?
Leash width recommendations:
- 1/2” leash width if your dog is small or weighs less than 20 lbs
- 3/4” leash width if your dog fits is medium build or has a weight between 20-50 lbs.
- 1” width for large dogs weighing over 50 lbs or dogs that have a tendency to pull.
How do I clean and care for the leather products?
It’s best to use a soft cloth to remove any excess dirt and stains that get on the collar. If it gets really dirty you can use a non-toxic gentle cleaner, such as Leather Honey Cleaner to clean it.
If your pet goes swimming, be sure to rinse the salt water, chlorine or lake residue off of the collar directly after swimming. Using a leather cleaner and conditioner 2-3 times a year will restore the natural oils in the leather and bring back its shine and beauty.
We use and recommend Leather Honey Cleaner and Leather Honey Conditioner.
Customs and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all international fees and customs charges. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office.
Madison & Maude is not responsible for delays due to holds at customs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production times vary depending on the type of item you order. Your item will be placed in our work queue as soon as we receive your order.
We try and ship all orders within 14 - 21 business days or sooner. However, during peak periods there might be a delay. We will endeavor to ship your order at the earliest convenience. Once your order has shipped we will send an email confirmation with tracking so you can track your package!
If you order more than one item, your order will be held until all items are finished.
Shipping
We offer a free shipping in the United States. All items are individually made-to-order and will ship from our shop within 7 - 21 business days. Your order will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Business days are Monday through Friday, we are closed on the weekend.
If we can ship your order sooner, we always will! We are a small team and work long days to get our orders shipped out as quickly as we can.
Once your order is shipped we will send an email confirmation with tracking so you can track your package!
